    Mac OSX Leopard- the missing manuel

    I loved my new iMac and as a new Apple user I was anxious to make the transition between my PC and MAC. I checked out several books from the library and found that most of them showed the basics but were incomplete in their descriptions and helps. David Pogue, is easy to read but has enough detail for me to learn and continues to show me how much more my iMac can do.

    I GET GOOD USE OUT OF IT

    This, book, like, the, book, on OS X Tiger, by the same author, keeps, the, reader, in touch, with, the, uses, and, function, of the Mac OS, that it, describes. It is enlightening, entertaining, and, useful. I'm, glad, I, made this, purchase.

    All Pogue books, are tops, I don't compute with it !

    When I get a new OS - I get the missing manual by Pogue. every one I've ever used has been a life saver.

    Mac OS X Leopard Edition by David Pogue (2007)

    Easy, comprehensive manual for a non-Applehead. Copvers all topics in depth and topical for just to know how. Relates PC strokes that have similar accesses on a Mac. Entertaining and fun to read and try.

    mac os x leopard edition

    I think this is book is necessary as a first time user of a Mac computer. I have had to look up how to do several things in the book already. I not only purchase this book but I purchased his book for iphoto and idvd.
