The individual cost of the item is based on the importation cost of that item, therefore prices on different figures in same ranges will vary depending on availability and demand for the item in the US. Many of the items we stock are only available by importing them. We regret that as all our items are stored in a storage lock up we are not able to offer opinions on paintwork, card condition, or quote exact figure sizes except where already available in the item description. Unless specified, photo's shown are often examples of the item and not necessarily the actual item.
Comic Books: Collectors of high end comic books should please note, we do not offer opinions on grading or on possible restoration to comic books. Grading is often subjective and will vary from dealer to dealer. Restoration is an area of specific expertise that often requires a trained professional to identify. Therefore, we offer the largest detailed scan or photograph of the comic book possible. We ask that the buyer examine this carefully and ensures that he or she is happy with the book before purchasing. On high end comics we will show the front and back cover. On lower end comics it should be assumed the back is in similar condition to the front. If there are specific flaws withing the book, for example, cut-outs, major tears etc, then these will be highlighted at the end of the description and in some cases shown in extra pictures of the comic. The buyer is always welcome to ask for additional information before purchasing, however, we will only provide factual information about the condition, and not personal opinions (like grades) through the eBay system. By clicking the 'buy now' button the buyer confirms that he has inspected both the photo / scan of the comic and full description.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment and allows us to get your item to you fastest. PayPal is the only payment type we accept through sales on eBay that are listed as 'buy now' items. To allow us to manage our inventory effectively we require immediate payment on all 'buy now' purchases.
For items that are won in 'auction' payment is acceptable by PayPal or also by postal order. Postal orders are preferable 'uncrossed' as this allows them to be paid in at a local post office. Crossed postal orders may only be redeemed at our local bank and this may cause delays to your item being shipped. Please note, all postal order payments should be sent by recorded or registered post. It is the responsibility of the Royal Mail (and not ourselves) if payments are not later received.
Other types of payment may only be accepted for purchases made direct to us. We do not accept cheques under any terms. Please contact us for further information.
We ship using Parcels2Go and the Royal Mail. Please click on the P&P Payments tab (next to the description tab, top left) for details of all shipping types available. Please note that shipments to Gibraltar, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland can cost more than other areas in the UK, if based in one of these regions click the 'ask a question' link (upper right) for further information on possible additional shipping costs before purchasing. Buyers in these areas that purchase 'large size' items without prior contact with us regarding postage may have their purchase cancelled.
Please note, as per eBay and Paypal rules, we will only ship the item to the address that is registered with Paypal. We ask that buyers do not purchase items and then send us an alternative unregistered shipping address. In these cases the transaction will be cancelled.
In most cases we ship by the listed courier type, but at our discretion, we may choose to ship your item by an alternative courier different to that listed. We may also combine multiple purchases in to one box and ship the items by a courier of our choice.
Insuring your item: All of our items prices over £20.00 include some form of insurance, however, please note that couriers will not insure items like statues for breakage, but only for loss, due to the nature of the product. On items under £20.00 there are generally two postage options available, one with insurance, and one without, it is at the buyers discretion to choose if they wish to have insurance on the item.
Despatch times: Items are shipped within three working days. Please consider this before you buy the item. We are not able to accommodate buyers that purchase items and send us messages on the same day asking for it to be shipped straight away. All of our items are kept in a storage lock up facility and must be collected first before being shipped. We respectfully ask that buyers do not make demands on shipping times and services beyond what is advised in the listed shipping information. Buyers who would like their item quicker should not choose the 'free' economy postage options on items and then ask us to ship them quickly when faster postage options are available to pay for at the time of purchase.
Non-delivery of item: It is the buyers responsibility to accept delivery of the item or to collect from a local depot if they are not in at the time of delivery. If an item is returned to us due to a buyer 'not collecting' their item from a depot any additional postage costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer regardless of whether the courier left a 'card' or not. Please also note, in the UK the Royal Mail does not class parcels as missing until after four weeks and it is not uncommon for items to still be delivered within this time period. In the rare event of an item not being delivered at all, a claim or refund by the buyer will be rejected until the four week time period has lapsed.
Customs charges: In some international countries customs may stop your parcel for purposes of charging excise duty or import taxes to your item. International buyers should always check with their local customs office for delayed parcels as in almost all cases this is where they are. Any additional custom charges for international buyers are the full responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging: We endeavour to do our best to ensure your purchase will reach you in premium condition and the majority of our items are all packed in cardboard boxes with packing. Should you wish to have more secure packaging for your item please ask before completing your purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to tell us if this is a specific requirement. Increasing the packaging may affect the box weight or size and in turn increase the actual cost of the postage to be paid.

Note to collectors on boxes and packaging - while many customers do not mind the condition of outer boxes or packaging for items it is noted that some collectors require pristine boxes or packaging for some collectable items. Due to the nature of postal services and most of our stock being shipped in from the United States, some stock even though brand new may not always arrive with pristine outer packaging. Therefore, we advise that all our items listed have the possibility of some minor storage or delivery wear to their outer box. Buyers that ask us about card condition should note we have over a thousand figures in storage and therefore it is just not possible for us to know the condition of each individual card in our stock. On this basis we make no guarantees regarding card condition. Items will not later be discounted or accepted for return due to 'imperfections or minor damage' to the outer packaging. Buyers should also note that photo's shown of an item are generally an 'example' of the product as in many instances we may have multiple units of stock of an item. For this reason, buyers should not assume the exact item in the picture is the one they will receive.
Busts and statues, while listed as new, may be opened for inspection or testing (of light up displays) before being despatched. This is because on some rare occasions it is possible for these types of items to arrive with flaws, damage, or light up displays that fail. Although statues and busts may be listed as new they may be opened for inspection prior to shipping to avoid later disappointment or customer returns.
Paintwork on figures, busts, and statues may vary in quality on some items and is often hand done by the manufacturers. On rare occasions there may be minor paint flaws on items. This is part of the manufacturing process and it is not considered a fault on the item. We do not return or exchange these items for customers that would prefer 'different' paintwork on the item. Due to having a large amount of items in storage we also do not inspect items individual paintwork before sending them out. All items of this nature are bought as is and we ask that when the buyer clicks the buy now they accept the manufacturers paintwork as it is.
Positive feedback is left automatically for buyers where upon positive feedback is received for ourselves. If as a buyer you feel that you have reason to leave a neutral or negative feedback rating please let us know why first before leaving feedback as this gives us an opportunity to correct any problems that may have arisen after the purchase. Buyers that leave 'unreasonable' feedback for occurrences beyond our control (for example, postal service damage or lose item) without giving us the opportunity to correct the problem first will be 'blocked' through eBay from future purchases. We endeavour to treat all our customers fairly, with respect, and with reason, and ask that when leaving feedback our customers do the same.

We have been trading on eBay since 1999.
We are not able to accomodate visitors as we do not have a retail shop. Our items are stored in a storage lock up facility. For this reason, local buyers are welcome to collect in person, but will need to make prior arrangements with us first by e-mail.

We would advise all buyers now that we are not able to apply discounts through eBay. Besides seller fees and commissions we regret that it is also not practical. We receive many buyer requests each day for many items and we are not able to spend the time ending items, revising items, or sending invoices to these buyers. On many items it is also not possible to discount as they may be multiple quantity listings. The price on eBay is the only price available.
"Can you tell me the condition of the card for this action figure."
The answer to this is already detailed above. To re-iterate though. We have over a thousand action figures all kept in a storage lock up facility. Therefore we regret that it is not practical or good use of work hours to search for the answer to this question and ask that buyers accept the card condition based on the information already available in the description.
