SHIPPING, PAYMENT AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping available in US and Canada Only. We accept Pay Pal.

Thank you for giving All About Uniforms, Inc. the chance to serve your clothing needs. Customer satisfaction is our main goal. We hope you enjoy our selection and great prices. In order for us to offer you those great prices, there is a 20% restocking fee charge on any merchandise that is returned (Return or Exchange), exceptions being defective items or a shipping error on our part. We are working very hard to make our customer happy with our product, however if you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact us and we will resolve the problem.

Shipping charges are not refundable. When exchanging customer is responsible for shipping charges for both ways, please contact us with your payment information for shipping charges. We will not ship replacement till shipping is paid, exception being defective items, or a shipping error on our part.

NEW Tuxedo Shirts are not returnable if they have been removed from original packaging.

All returns must have RA# (Return Authorization Number). Call All About Uniforms for this RA #.

Do not return product without RA number.

No returns or exchanges after 14 days from invoice date. No exceptions. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges are extra. Shipping charges are subject to change. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless other is requested. Please contact us for additional shipping options (Overnight, Second day etc.)

All air shipments require a responsible person’s signature and will not be left if no signer is available. Inspect all packages before signing. If a package is damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to have carrier note such damage before signing, making carrier responsible. Save all cartons and shipping documents and notify All About Uniforms immediately for instructions.

Seller is not liable for any damage, injury or loss, direct or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use any products, for any purpose, purchased from All About Uniforms.

International orders:
All international orders placed on-line are shipped via UPS. Tariffs, taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer or recipient. 
Please check with local authorities for rates & regulations PRIOR TO ORDERING.

*All products must be returned in original packaging, in exactly the same condition as you received them.
