· Locate a shipping company to assist you
· To get the car across the border you will need to fax a copy of front and back of the title to the border 72 hours in advance.
· You must have the original title with the car to get it across the border
· To register the car in Canada you will need a NO OPEN RECALL letter from the manufacturer.
· You might have to make some modifications to get the car registered (example: day time running lights).
· All cars will have an Ohio temporary license plate.
Terms of Sale:
Most cases buyers contact us direct during the auction to cement a deal. We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle be no longer available for sale. The following term of sale apply to all of our listings.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of auction. All Financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Payment in US dollars funds only.
Payment Methods:
Cash in person, certified check, cashier checks, and bank wire transfers. For those financing, we can help! Please contact us for more details. Have all financing completed before auction has ended.
The auction price does not include taxes, plus $288.50 in title and documentation fees. Those will be added to the final sale price. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, and city taxes and fees that the vehicle will be registered.
