COMBINED SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: 
For combined shipping of multiple purchases on eBay, please insure to follow these bullet points. Deviations from these instructions will forfeit any combined shipping discount you would have been eligible for.

• You have 7 days from the date of your initial purchase to combine other items to receive discount shipping and handling rates.
• Once you have completed your purchases, please request an updated invoice* from us to reflect shipping discount. Do not pay until you receive the revised invoice.
• In order for us to combine shipping you MUST pay for all the items purchased at the same time on the revised invoice.
• If items are paid for individually and not at the same time then no shipping discounts can be given.

*You can request a combined invoice from your items won screen in the items drop-down menu. If you can’t find this selection in eBay, please just send an email to us requesting the combined invoice. Refunds will not be given after the fact.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS: 
The items being purchased are new and being sold by a professional dealer however even brand new items sometimes have defects. Some items found defective are exchanged and processed directly through the manufacturer, others with Walnut Creek Archery. It is important to contact us immediately for instructions on this process. On some items, the manufacturer has requested that all customer service concerns should go directly through them for quality control purposes. In these instances the manufacturer’s return process must be followed. Walnut Creek Archery will help coordinate any service requests between the buyer and the manufacturer as needed. Refunds and/or exchanges are only given by Walnut Creek Archery on brand new, unopened, unused items. If an item is returned for refund and found to be opened or used, a restocking fee may be applied because the item must be resold as a used item. Please be responsible and respectful to these rules as they help keep our costs down and in turn allow us to offer you great prices. 

All returns to Walnut Creek Archery or the Manufacturer must have an RMA number or they will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returning unauthorized items.

***When an item is purchased with free shipping and is returned, the customer refund will be given minus a $2 restocking fee and the original shipping cost as shipping expenses are not recoverable.***

All International sales are final with no warranty by us. We do not allow refunds or exchanges on International sales. Please also check with the manufacturer as some do not offer a Manufacturer Warranty on items sold to locations outside the United States.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
Payment with PayPal is preferred, just follow the instructions that eBay presents to you to make payment. 

If you don’t have a PayPal account and are paying by credit card please click the “Pay Now” button in your eBay won items for WalnutCreekArchery. In the item details page SELECT PAYPAL PAYMENT even if you don’t have PayPal. Our credit card payments are processed by PayPal. DO NOT select “Credit Card: Merchant payment or Credit Card (transaction will be processed by seller)” (when shown) because this will only send us an email notifying us that you intend to pay with credit card. On the screen after you select “PayPal Payment”, you can enter your credit card information for payment.

You are responsible for knowing what items are prohibited and restricted by your country’s customs department. Please check with your country’s customs office if you are unaware of such prohibitions and restrictions before bidding/buying. If items are seized by customs, we are not responsible.
