Policies

Shipping: WE SHIP WORLD WIDE. We combine multiple orders from customers to save on shipping expense. We suggest that customers outside of continental North America contact us for shipping arrangements prior to making any purchases so we can give an accurate shipping quote. We ship using USPS, UPS, Federal Express, and Spee-Dee shipping services. Upon customer request we can expedite shipping at customer’s expense. Customers can make arrangements to pick up their merchandise in store and local delivery is available upon making prior arrangements with Anton's Retail before purchase.

All shipments are insured. Any suspected damage due to shipping must be immediately reported to the shipping carrier and Anton's Retail.

Orders are packaged and shipped usually within one business day of the order being placed with the exception of some products which require setup & inspection before shipping, modified products, and special orders may take additional time for delivery. Please contact us for further details.

Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of the state of Wisconsin. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during checkout.

Return Policy: Anton's Retail must be contacted within 14 days after delivery for returns. Anton's Retail will refund only the purchase price, but not the shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges to and from Anton's Retail. If an item offers free or discounted shipping an appropriate deduction will be taken for the actual shipping costs involved. We reserve the right to deduct credit card fees from the refund.

Special orders and customized products may impose a restocking fee which varies by manufacturer. If you have concerns please ask questions before ordering.

All items must be returned in new condition. Any products which are not in original packaging and condition, are damaged, or contain missing pieces; are subject to restocking fees and/or partial refunds.
