All returns or exchanges, must obtain a RA. Without a RA, your return or exchange will not be processed. Please include a copy of your invoice(we included in the package), and your phone number and email if not already on the invoice. For exchanges, please also include the item you would like to exchange for. EXCHANGES: We offer FREE exchanges! The item must be sent back within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned exactly as it was shipped(unused and including all tags/wrapping). Even if free shipping was provided for the original purchase, the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways for the exchange. There will be no fees collected for an exchange. Please contact us to verify the availability of the new item requested. If you would like to exchange an item and it has been more than 7 days since you received it, we will charge a 10% exchange fee. We will not accept an exchange if it was shipped to us over 14 days after delivery. RETURNS(14-Day Limit): Returns are charged a 15% restock fee.
