Photography: 

- All pictures were taken by myself and is showing the exact item for sale.  Sometimes it might show a different size because I use smaller size for shooting purpose and use the same set of pictures for all sizes. 

- I am not a professional photography and my pictures might show a slight color variation due to my poor photography skill, lighting, or difference in computer display.  Please reconsider your bid if you are sensitive to color difference.

Payment:

- Accept Paypal only. 

- Payment dues 3 days after auction closes.   Item will be relisted if no payment is received after payment due day.

Shipping:

- Item will be shipped via Hong Kong Post's international registered airmail with tracking and signature confirmation at a flat rate to all country except Italy.  Italian bidder, please contact us for shipping quote before placing bid. 

- Shipping normally takes 14 - 18 working days to arrive if not held by custom. 

- To ensure smooth delivery, please have your item shipped to an address that has someone signing for it.  If your package arrives when no one is at your address, your postal service will leave a notice for pick up from your local post office.  You could keep track with www.hongkongpost.com to keep track with delivery status.

- We do combine shipment to save shipping fee.  Please enjoy $4 off on shipping for each additional item.   Unfortunately, we are not able to ship multiple items with one shipping fee because shipping is charged by weight, not by piece.   TO ENJOY COMBINE SHIPPING DISCOUNT, PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARE DONE WITH SHOPPING AND WAIT FOR COMBINE INVOICE!!!

- International registered airmail tracking service from Hong Kong Post shows shipping status till item leaves Hong Kong.  If you are from US, UK, Canada, Spain, Japan, Korea, Singapore, you will be able to see delivery status from website of your national postal service as soon as the package enters into your countries postal system.  There will be a period of tracking status being lack up update after it leaves Hong Kong/before it arrives your country and that is very normal.  Please be patient as this is international shipping.

- Seller is not responsible for import tax of your country and it is your responsibility to pay for import tax if it occurs.  However, I will mark item as gift with a reasonable value to help.

Refund & Return:

- Free return or refund unless I shipped wrong item or item is defective and will bear return shipping.

- For non defective/wrong item, 25% restocking fee will be charged and buyers is responsible for return shipping.  Original shipping/especial request shipping fee is NOT refundable under any circustances.   

Canceling a bid/transaction:

- If you place your bid by accident or change mind, you may retract your bid when there are at least 12 hours before auction ends.  To do that, please click on the "bidding history" page and you will be able to find a link there to cancel your bid.

- Sorry that there is no way to withdrawn from an ended transaction.  You will either have to honor it, or reimburse all ebay fees associated with the corresponding transaction.
