About Coleman
W.C. Coleman could see the light for the darkness. The young salesman was taking a stroll after a hard day’s work selling typewriters, and spotted a new type of lamplight in a drugstore window in Brockton, Alabama. This new light burned with a strong, steady white flame and was fueled by gasoline. The standard lamp of the era burned kerosene and produced a smoky, flickering, yellowish light. W.C. was stricken with very poor eyesight, and was very interested in this new, steady white light that enabled him to read even the smallest print in books and on medicine bottles. If you are returning your item for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given.
VMInnovations will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase.
No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used; you can only exchange the item at that point.
Return items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, ect).
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to VMInnovations. VMInnovations will pay to ship the replacement item to you. If the exchange takes place 30 days from the date of purchase, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.
All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender, please check the FAQ section below for more information on how to obtain an RMA.
We only allow for even exchanges. Any exchange attempt for a different item will be subject to additional fees.
VMInnovations strives to maintain a goal of 72 hour service for all replacements. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory is encountered. We will contact you via email if such a back order happens.
Subwoofer Warranty: Our warranty does not cover subwoofers if it has blown voice coils or if the speakers have been punctured. This is considered physical damage and is not covered by our warranty, or the manufactures warranty.
Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted.

How long will it take to get my items?
Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of receiving your payment. Occasionally, some orders may take a little longer. If you're within the continental 48 United States, expedted shipping time is generally between 1 and 3 days to the central US and between 3 and 4 days for the east and west coasts. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii usually takes between 5 to 6 days. International orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
