Due to the nature of our products, there are absolutely NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS, and NO REFUNDS unless the item is opened and defective. Every state has very specific public health laws restricting the return or resale of any clothing that has "intimate" contact. This includes lingerie, underwear, swimwear, athletic wear, and hosiery. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the extremely rare event of a manufacturing defect being missed in the inspection process, we will authorize replacement of a defective item. The item in question must be returned to us (at the customers expense) for evaluation. If our inspection of the item reveals a manufacturing defect, we will ship a replacement in the exact same size, color, and style via 1ST CLASS US MAIL.
