IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EACH OF EBAY'S DSR SCORE CATEGORIES:

1. Item as described:  We try our best to describe things fully and properly.  We are not responsible for you not liking a product which seems to produce all low DSR scores we get in this category. This includes you buying a budget product that you think should  be a Mercedes at a budget price and you simply not just liking the product. Item as described means just this according to EBAY: That we describe it accurately and 99% plus of our customers agree and the 1% or less that don't are blaming us for something that is not our fault!!  So, long as we describe the product accurately it does not appear we are at fault.  We will, however, do our best to make some accomodation if you contact us as we do understand that buying things over the internet can be difficult, however, please don't buy anything from us unless you are fully sure that it meets your needs and you want it!   We will give a refund at our expense (meaning we will pay all shipping costs incurred and refund your purchase price) if anything in our item description does not match with the product or if some other inadvertent problem occurs!  We are not responsible in any way for making a refund for greater than the total shipping and product costs incurred.  If we make a mistake sometimes we will offer some additional accommodation beyond your total costs as our way of saying sorry for the inadvertent problem.  We also try to resolve all problems within three business days and will tell you if we need more time to resolve the problem.  This is more than virtually every mail order company does for such problems.

2. Communication-Communication means that we will communicate with you courteously and within the 72 hours guideline that Ebay recommends.   All of our decisions are based on fair and we might add legal, ethical and appropriate business practices.

Shipping Time:  We warrant that we will ship within 3 business days.  We can not control the time it takes for the carrier to deliver products to you.  Please note that it takes a full week after shipment for items to reach destinations West of the Rockies.   IF YOU WISH FASTER SHIPPING PLEASE CONTACT US...as we can offer you faster shipping methods and will get your item out more quickly if you ask.  

4. Shipping costs: Our shipping costs are charged as stated. All shipping costs to different places are averaged, but they will be within $5 of the actual cost.  They include materials but there is no handling fee. If there is an inadvertent overcharge please notify us and we will refund the difference. If you do not wish to pay the shipping cost as stated please do not buy the item.  You can inquire about a lower shipping cost for some international shipments only, but please note that these may result in you waiving all rights for damage or loss claims and that is why we generally do not use them!

RETURNS:

FEEDBACKS AND EBAY RATINGS (ONCE AGAIN, OUR BUYERS SHOULD READ THIS, BUT EVERYONE WILL FIND THIS INFORMATIVE ABOUT EBAY'S FEEDBACK SYSTEM!):

We appreciate you our great customers and issue feedback approximately ten days after payment due to an Ebay security problem (if you are a seller (buyers too if you are interested!) and wish to know what this is please email us!). Please note that the issuance of such feedback means that you should also leave positive feedback for us. If there are any problems please let us know and we will rectify them as per our listing policies!!!   Feedback is very, very important to us and all ebay sellers and we appreciate the time it takes you our valued customer to do this.   If you can not leave us five stars in all four DSR categories and positive feedback then we request that you contact us so that we can provide a satisfactory remedy to your problem not exceeding a full refund as previously mentioned.   We are only human and sometimes do have errors occur and many problems are out of our immediate control.  Read what we believe are one of the top qualitative sets of feedback comments on Ebay that we have had posted and we are proud that our feedback score has never gone below 99.5% and in reality we should have a 100% rating and have had it most of the time except when we've been unfortunate enough to have customers who issue inappropriate feedbacks...no negative feedback we have received has ever been warranted!   Ebay's new seller rating program does not always accurately represent seller performance!   We urge you to check carefully as many highly rated sellers actually have numerous negative feedbacks or more negative feedbacks than none high rated sellers that go unanswered (we answer every single one!). In some cases we have found the high rated sellers are even selling counterfeit merchandise or other non-permitted activities such as selling merchandise from illegal gray markets!  (THESE ARE THE REASONS WHY WE OFFER OUR FAMOUS $100 REWARD (SEE ABOVE)!)  Also, many higher rated sellers are offering prices that are 30-50 percent higher than ours and other sellers prices!   We leave it to you to judge whether all of this really is accurate and helpful to the buyer as some of it does appear misleading to us!  In the final analysis we urge you to evaluate all aspects of your purchase and carefully check the sellers feedback comments!  We have qualified for the coveted Seller designation 90% or more or the time and at other times are missing it usually by .01%-.20% of a point in one DSR category and in the other three categories we are usually scoring way within or way above the required scores. Please note that when any seller misses these scores it is costing the customer money in that we and all sellers have to pay higher Ebay fees.  Remember, sellers do not know why we get low DSR scores so we think it would be better for Ebay for us to remedy any perceived customer problems and we can't do it if we don't know what they are or if they really existed or the low DSR scores were just given inadvertently which can and does happen by the buyer filling in the form inaccurately!  Ebay's requirements for this are so rigorous and statistically inaccurate that there is no room given for statistical, respondent and other types of error!   Remember fives are the best scores and not ones and twos!  No matter how good any seller is right now the high rated seller thing is an almost hit or miss lucky thing for many of us 99.5% feedback or better sellers. Negative and neutral feedback tools or any other low scoring of sellers including Ebay's DSR scores should not be used throughout e-commerce sites without careful consideration. Ebay warns users regarding this matter and says that negative feedback should only be issued if you are extremely certain that you are factually correct and refunds have not been made! Folks, there really is no reason with us for negative or neutral feedback and we appreciate your kind appraisal of our outstanding feedbacks. Once again, if anyone can prove they ever issued a true negative or neutral feedback or low DSR score where the incident was indeed our fault and not remedied within the terms of our listing policies we will give you a $100 bonus reward!
