At Apparel Zoo, we realize that what's fashionable in Detroit, Michigan isn't necessarily what's going off in Shreveport, Louisiana. If you're a grown person in St. Louis, your flavor of dress is different from that of a college kid's in Orange County. California orders are required to pay sales tax.

We ship using either UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Most orders placed by 3pm PST Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm PST will ship the following business day. We ship worldwide to most countries.

International Customers: Due to customs and/or shipping delays delivery may take over 2 weeks. We are not responsible for taxes, duties, or fees your country may charge.

At Apparel Zoo, our top priority is to provide the best possible service. We stand behind our products 100% and offer a full 14 day No Hassle Return Policy. Unlike most apparel retailers, we do not charge a restocking fee. That's right, the price you paid (minus shipping) is the amount you will be refunded.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s), in new, unworn condition, within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. It's that simple.

To return an item, follow our three step process:

1. Your Return Authorization Code. Contact us and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the bottom of your original invoice and return packaging.
2. Package Your Return. Include the original tags and original packaging. If the original tags and/or the original packaging are not returned you will be liable for a 20% restocking fee.
3. Ship Your Package.  Apparel Zoo is not responsible for poorly packaged returns. Apparel Zoo is not liable for lost or damaged returned shipments.

You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.

Please allow up to 7 days from the date your return is delivered to us and the Final Value Fee is credited back to our account for the refund to be issued.
