You must have a return authorization for your item before it will be accepted for return. There is a 20 percent restocking fee on all non exchange returns. There is no restocking fee on any items you return for exchange. Example: You purchased the wrong part and wish to exchange it for the correct one. You pay the shipping and any price difference (or price credit) and that is it. If you want to return an item because you change your mind on the item, then a 20% restocking fee is charged. You are responsible for all shipping costs on returns. If we shipped the wrong item or an item is defective, then we cover all shipping charges. All parts are guaranteed to be as described. Parts such as carburetor kits that have been opened cannot be returned and there are no return on electrical parts, except for warranty situations. Too many people buy expensive electrical parts, try them, find out that was not the problem and then want to return them. Once they are installed they are no longer new and can't be resold by us as new. We also do not know if you may have damaged them while installing them.
