WARRANTY: All our NEW items have their original manufacturer warranty - for any problems you will deal directly with them (please contact them directly) under that manufacturer warranty coverage. Some of our NEW items are shipped directly from warehouses throughout the country - please allow a little extra time for delivery. USED items with our 100% Satisfaction warranty are handled directly with us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within the warranty period, email us with the problem. If you wish to return, return to the address at the top of your invoice that will come packed with your purchased item and a replacement will be sent OR a prompt refund will be made to your account - see returns below. Please write on a copy of your invoice (you keep original) the reason, with details, for your return and include it with your return.

RETURNS: We will gladly take back any item under our 100% satisfaction warranty, however note the following: (this is the only way to gain back ebay/paypal fees we have had to pay due to your purchase.)

• If an item is defective or "not as described", if a replacement is available, you pay to ship defective item back to us, we will send you a replacement at no charge and we pay for shipping back to you.
• If nothing is found wrong with the item we will still take it back with a re-stock charge of 15% on items over $100 and 30% on items under $100. No shipping is refunded, you pay to ship back to us.
• If you have simply "changed your mind" and nothing is wrong with the item, we will still take it back subject to the re-stock fees above and you pay to ship back to us.
• "Cancellation of purchase" - This is not allowed on ebay. Once purchased you have entered into a legal sales contract and if a cancellation is requested through ebay, ebay has the right to throw you off ebay for good and cancel your ebay ID. This is ebay's rule, NOT ours.
  

SHIPPING: Once you have purchased an item with us, you will get an automated email directly from the carrier with the ship date and tracking info. This will go directly to the email address you supply to us through your payment (usually paypal) mechanism. Please note that many of our heavy machines are NOT refurbished until AFTER they are sold to you. That is why it takes us an extra couple of days to finish the refurb process. This saves both you and us having to pull it off the shelf and AGAIN go through it to clean, adjust, and check after having sat on the shelf for some time. We have hundreds of machines in stock so this seems to work the best for the both of us.

For lite items FREE SHIPPING ONLY IN CONTIGUOUS LOWER 48 U.S. STATES (EXCLUDING HI, AK, PR. - SEE BELOW FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS)  If a charge IS stated on heavy items (most office equipment) that need special packing, shipping cost may seem a little high to you. EXAMPLE: A typewriter - it actually costs us over $70 to box, use foam core, double bubble wrap, shipping fill peanuts, triple taped and insurance, all to make sure it rides in the box safely and is ready for your use, plus the actual ground charge as follows:

• $ 32      Shipper charge (we usually use Fed-ex ground) typically on a heavy typewriter
• $   3      Shipper charge for insurance
• $   5      New Inner box 24" x 24" x 12" for typewriter
• $   2      Our "Pillow of Bubble" cushion technique - Double 1/2" bubble wrap
• $   2      Loose "peanut" fill and foam surrounding the typewriter to handle any "jolt or bounce"
• $ 12      8 foam corners 3" x 3" x 3" to set inner box inside outer box to further "handle" any jolt or bounce"                              
• $   1      New tape - 3 strips both top and bottom x 2 boxes, and labels, marking, etc.
• $   6      Employee time to CAREFULLY and acurately box, wrap, pack, label, & ship YOUR package to YOU so it arrives whole
• $ 73      Grand total of OUR costs - we lose money by only charging YOU the stated Ship charge

We hope you appreciate this for ANY heavy item as we are one of the few on ebay that takes such professional care with our shipping practices to assure it's safe arrival to your doorstep.

Please Note: All outside of Contiguous lower 48 U.S. & ALL International Buyers – All those OUTSIDE of the U.S. must email us for actual shipping charges. If Free shipping is indicated, it is ONLY WITHIN the Contiguous lower 48 U.S. states.

• Import duties, country entrance fees, taxes and any other Int'l charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Before requesting delivery please provide us with the name of your import broker and his account # so these charges can be billed to you through him. This is NOT usually the case with the U.S. Mail but IS with all major carriers like Fed-ex, UPS, & DHL.
  
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
