However, since the customer handing of complex, static-sensitive electronic assemblies (such as Printed circuit boards with mounted integrated circuits, CCD sensors, Logic boards and sub-PCB units with integrated circuits) is beyond our control, we reserve the right to make our own decision on whether to accept returns on these devices. That said, we have not had any complaints, since all of our ESD sensitive parts are removed and packaged in a proper ESD-safe environment!
