This product is covered by 30 days limited warranty from us. The product will be repair or replaced. Refunded less the shipping cost only if we all the accessories are included in the return shipment. Replacement items are shipped and refunds are made in 72 business hours of receiving the return shipment.

PRODUCT CONDITION:
Products must be returned in the condition as shipped from Ram Cables. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.

We do NOT issue a refund if item was tampered with or warranty sticker was removed.
When returning a product from international. Please send the product as a return and DO NOT declare a product value on the customs form.
If a value is declared on the customs form we will reject the product and the package will be returned to you.
