We ship within 24 hrs of payment 98-99% of the time. Sometimes, same day. Delivery times will VARY depending on where you live & the postal system. Ebay delivery times are ESTIMATES. Follow your tracking provided in Ebay. Please note there are frequently items that do not get scanned by the postal system. They should be, but simply sometimes are missed. We RARELY ever have an item not delivered in the U.S. INTERNATIONAL shipments VARY GREATLY in delivery. More info below. Thank you in advance for your patience with the system.
INSPECT YOUR ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL

All items are inspected thoroughly before leaving our business for cuts, tears, stains, snags, etc. Since we buy primarily from local sporting goods retail chains, it is possible we may miss a smudge of dirt or not catch a seam that is defective (once on seam so far) Simply let us know right away & we will remedy the problem. We are 99% accurate, not perfect, but close.
We DO NOT send items with cut holes. Please do not email us after snipping your bag on the corner or center to make it easy to open & then say we sent something with a hole in the middle or chunk off the edge! It did NOT leave us that way.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
We do not issue automatic refunds when a buyer emails & says “my item hasn’t arrived” or the “item is damaged.” Once the item leaves our hands, you are covered by the paypal and ebay procedures for such issues from the postal system. If you have an item that was shipped priority mail & “allegedly” damaged in shipping (holes, snags, tears, etc) and you want us to replace it, you must: 1. Notify us with pictures and email communication through EBAY. 2. Return the item to us along WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, for close up inspection 3. After close up inspection of packaging and product, we can tell if an item is cut, or if it was defective when sent & determine resolution 4. Allow us to file a claim with the postal system if the item is truly damaged in transit & priority mail was used. If you are not satisfied with this service, you may file your cases accordingly.
RECEIVING A WRONG ITEM OR SIZE
Just email us, NO need to open a case. If WE MAKE AN ERROR, we fix it and PAY for the 2nd shipping. We will also send a prepaid return bag for our error to be returned. If you return an item before receiving our instructions, ONLY THE CHEAPEST METHOD of postage will be refunded, usually first class. Thank you for giving us the courtesy to fix an error before leaving feedback.

Yes, we combine shipping: however, combined shipping is not 2 for 1. Shipping is calculated by TOTAL weight of items & handling fees added. Since items range from 3 ounces to 4 pounds, we do not state “additional items are an exact charge.” Two light items in the 7-12 ounce range will go over first class limits & must ship priority mail. Once handling fees are added to priority mail, you may not see savings on this type of combination. When you buy 3-4 light items, you will always see a savings compared to individual fees. Heavier items, 14 ounces and up, will also see a significant savings by combining. FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR RATES BEFORE PURCHASING We need the item number, size and zip code to quote you. We do not offer FREE shipping, as profit margins will not allow it.
COMBINED SHIPPING REFUNDS
For those who pay before requesting combined shipping, refunds will be done at the END of the week. Refunds may be slightly less as we PAY ebay fees on every cent you pay us. Please ask for combined shipping before you pay. It is better for both parties.
DELIVERY TIME: International delivery time may vary GREATLY from what you see in ebay. First class packages can take 12-15 days or 20-30 days. If after 35-40 days, you don’t have your package, follow ebay procedures for item not received. You have up to 45 days. We do not issue automatic refunds because a buyer says they did not receive.
INTERNATIONAL RATES are quite high for single lightweight articles. You are MUCH better off to find 2-3 items you like as combining them will be a much better rate per item. It is not two for price of one. Costs go on total weight plus handling fees added.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES INCURRED IN YOUR COUNTRY. These fees are not in our shipping quote & have nothing to do with us. We ship international packages daily Tues thru Friday. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CARRIES A MUCH HIGHER RISK OF LOST/STOLEN MAIL. If item is not received, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a case with ebay/Paypal within the 45 day limit. We do not issue automatic refunds or resend items when a buyer states they did not receive a package. We do NOT change values of items to save your import fees OR mark as a GIFT. Both are illegal, please do not ask.

Our items are NOT listed as best offer items. Please do not email and ask for lower costs. We are offering high quality, brand new, name brand items for reasonable prices! Please read our feedback, customers are very pleased with the product & service they receive.
New clothing is returnable for a refund of the selling price, less 5% within 14 days of your receipt. Notify the seller of intent to return, and use the return slip provided in your package. Any item returned after 14 days will be for exchange only. Tags must still be attached. No shipping/handling charges refunded.
Exchanges are welcome if we have the size you need. BUYER PAYS shipping charges on exchanges. No handling fees added. We will invoice you through paypal. Please allow 2-3 days after we receive your item for return processing.
ITEM DESCRIPTION & COLOR
All items are described as detailed as possible. We NEVER intentionally misrepresent an item, so if you see something that may not be correct, please let us know. COLOR shows up differently on all monitors so please refer to color numbers listed & reference the manufacturer’s website if necessary.
All messages will be answered within 24 hrs on weekdays, and usually on weekends. If you have not heard back from us within this time frame, please message us again as sometimes emails DO NOT make it through in the Ebay system!
Payments are due within 3 days. Unpaid item cases are opened automatically after 3 days. PLEASE COMMUNICATE with us if you have a payment problem, you are still shopping, or another delay. We will work with you. UN-paid items will be available for other buyers to purchase unless you have communicated with us.
We occasionally run items on sale but never know exactly when or which items. If you purchased an item & see it go on sale within 48 hrs of payment, please email us for a refund of the difference. We do not automatically issue refunds, only upon request from the buyer.
We leave feedback for all of our customers AFTER we receive your feedback that everything is satisfactory. Please communicate with us if you have a problem with a product before leaving feedback. There is no need to email us and ask for feedback, it is automatically left when you leave us positive. If you leave negative feedback for us without communication, you will be reported to ebay.
