I will gladly combine shipping costs on multiple wins. However, you must wait for me to invoice you with the change. If you pay or say that you will send payment before I change the invoice, there will be no discount. Please let me know if you are bidding on additional auctions of mine that will close and you would like me to wait to bill you to see if you win any more auctions to combine the shipping. You must make 1 payment in order to qualify for the combined shipping discount

I do charge a small fee for handling it is 50 cent for each item and on combined shipping i do not charge more than 2.00 for multiple items so 2 items it is 1.00 and 3 items it is 1.50 and over 4 it is 2.00 whether it is 4 items or 150 items.

If you would like insurance on any item please let me know so that I may add it to the invoice, once the package leaves my possession, it has delivery confirmation on it and the risk of loss passes to you. I have over 1000 items and have never had an item missing from USPS so just stating.
I will be happy to sell internationally. If the items are sent International Priority Mail, I will keep record of the customs tracking number. There is no ability to track a package by shipping through First Class International.

Overseas shipping, depending on your country (Brazil, Mexico (not over seas but still problems and Italy) i will only ship priority not first class international. If I can show it left the United States you are responsible for the package unless you state you want insurance
