In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we have a fairly strict return policy especially concerning refunds. Please keep in mind that we do not make the large profits that major online retailers do and therefore we can not offer a more generous policy. We do realize however that sometimes things just don't work out. We will gladly accept returns of items listed as "NWT" New With Tags provided the following conditions are met: UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED with tags still attached. Items must be in the same condition as they were originally shipped. Buyer pays all return shipping and must agree to cancel the transaction with eBay in conjunction with the return. Buyer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to state their intent to return item. Item must arrive back to us within 36 days of the listing end. Buyer has a choice of a REFUND or MERCHANDISE CREDIT/EXCHANGE. Refunds will require a more timely return. MONEY BACK REFUNDS:To receive a refund: Item must be postmarked within 7 SEVEN days of delivery date. Refunds are for purchase price only.
