Up for sale is this super cute short sleeve top by Gap in a size (XL).  The top has a round neck and sequins flower on the left chest.  Looks really cute on and very comfy too!  Material is 100% Cotton.  Top is NWT.  Color looks darker in person.

Measurements from underarm to underarm unstretched is approx 21.5" (there is stretch to it) and from shoulder 28"
