PAYMENT POLICY: We Accept payment transactions via PAYPAL ONLY!! We will not collect any passwords or credit card information from you! Our checkout process is designed that it communicates with the merchant to confirm that payment has been made and cleared.  At no time is the merchant providing us with any passwords or credit card information. Winning bidder must make payment within 3 days via Paypal.  Paypal is the only form of payment we currently accept.  The combined shipping offer is the only exception to the 3 day payment policy.  If payment has not been received within seven (7) days, the item will be relisted and an unpaid item dispute will be filed.

We ship to U.S. & International Addresses and merchandise is shipped via USPS First Class or Priority within 24 hours after payment has been received , excluding Saturdays and holidays.  Merchandise is not eligible for local pickup.  Insurance is not available any longer per ebay rules. Since we have to ship to the address posted on the paypal payment, please make sure the address is correct and that the checkout address and the paypal payment address match.  In the event that the package is returned as undeliverable you will be contacted and expected to pay the postage to reship it.  We do not ship to any destinations that are not specified here.

FAQs:  Q: Why does the picture show one size and auction is for another size? A: Photos are stock photos. We do our best not to show the size however most people do want to see the label. The size stated in the auction is the correct size.

Q: What happens if my package is returned back to you? A: We ship items to the address in the (ship to) section of the Paypal payment. Since we ship to the (ship to) address on the Paypal Payment if it?s returned ?Undeliverable? or ?Unable to Forward? you will either have to pay the additional postage for it to be reshipped to a deliverable address or we can refund the original payment less the shipping cost.

Q: Can I request a different US ship to address than my Paypal address? A: In accordance with the new Paypal protection policy if you want the merchandise shipped to a different address other than your Paypal address you must put the request and the US address in the notes section of the payment. A separate email is no longer considered acceptable.

Q: Can you ship outside the US? A: We DO ship outside the US. $15 for the first item and $1 for each additional when combining purchases.

Q: Are shipping and handling fee negotiable? A: No, the shipping/handling cost is as stated in the list. If it?s not acceptable for you then please don?t bid.

Q: How long do I have to pay? A: From the day you win or purchase your first item you have seven days to pay and take advantage of the combined shipping discount. On the eighth day the merchandise will be relisted and Final Value Credit will be applied for.

Q: How do I make sure to get the combined shipping discount? A: All you have to do is click the checkout now button when you are finished and the checkout system will automatically figure the discount.

Q: Can you substitute a different size than the size in the listing? A: No, the size stated in the listing is the size you are purchasing. No exceptions can be made.

Q: Do you accept returns? A: We do under the terms stated in the return policy in the list.
