What a difference!
Been working on an old 17’ bass boat with a Johnson 150 v6 on it. Fast and fun! Got it running and in the water a couple weeks ago, this thing had so much bow rise it was stupid scary and unsafe. I mean this had so much bow lift you couldn’t even remotely see in front of you and wouldn’t plane for about 75 yards. Even had my dad who weighs 240 lbs sit on the front of the boat with no change. It was almost impossible for him to even hang on up front since the boat was riding at a 45degree angle in the water.......bought these nauticus trim tabs 9510-60 which in dummy terms is 9.5”x10” with a #60 shock!...put the boat in the water again last night and all I can say is WOW what a world of difference! Love the Smart Tabs
Smart tabs are fantastic!! My skiff has always porpoised when trimmed up much past lowest position, not any more. Really happy and they are easy to install, just watch one of the Youtube videos.

Helps boat get up on the step and does plane at lower power setting. Easy to install. Need marine silicone. Really helps my boat track straight at low speed. It used to wallow. Cured that. For the price a real good deal

Not impressed
Does nothing for my 19 ft Stratos center console. Still lists to the left even on last notch for more lift. And still takes time to plane. Installed correctly. 60 lbs maybe needed the 80 lb one. For this size boat. Went off the list and said 60 lb for 18 to 20 ft.

This is first review I’ve ever written online but these trim tabs make boat 2010 bayliner bowrider with 3.0 ride drive and handle like a totally different boat, I was literally amazed at the difference in ride and drive and handling a on as I applied the accelerator I could totally see the difference on hole shot and the planning on the boat.
