Thank you for visiting our store. We are a very small optical company and in order for us to maintain EBAY business we offer a specific return policy described below. Please note that prior to May 2012 we've offered exchanges only, but due to numerous EBAY policy changes we are forced now to offer a return policy. Please read it carefully and if for some reason you don't agree that we should be paid for the service we provide please don't purchase our product. We do our best in order to deliver the product EXACTLY as described. We offer exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase and buyers pay ONLY shipping charges and a difference in the price if it is applicable. There are NO RESTOCKING FEES when the item returned for exchange. We also offer returns within 14 days. The items must be returned in original condition with all accessories. We will deduct 20% restocking fees to cover our expenses associated with the transaction. International shipping charges will be deducted according to the listing or according to the actual shipping charges that in some cases are more then we charge. 20% restocking fees covers our time to process the order and exchange.
