All International buyers are responsible for any additional duties or taxes that your country may assess. We will mark the value of the package at the price won. We no longer ship to Russia, Mexico, Poland, Brazil, Romania or the Phillipines.

For all credit card payments, we require that the ship-to address matches the bill-to address due to recent fraudulent activity and for our customer's protection. If you would like your order to ship to a different address than your bill-to, please use Paypal as your checkout method.

Returns/Exchanges

• We will issue a refund or exchange as long as the item has not been worn outside or shows any wear.
• Please place the shoebox inside another box to avoid damaging the original packaging. Otherwise, a $10 re-stocking fee will apply if the appropriate original packaging is not included.

Exchange Policy

• Include in your return a $5 re-ship fee for US Domestic UPS ground. If International, actual shipping cost will be required.
• Include a copy of invoice or order #, with explanation of request.

Refused Packages / Return to Sender

• In the event that a package is refused or undeliverable, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from the refund in order to cover the fee that UPS charges us.
