erika’s Health and Beauty was first introduced in 2010. We sell 100% Authentic Brand name designer perfumes and fragrances. We also sell bath and shower, nail care, makeup, jewelry (Authentic and Fake; the listing will clarify which one), women’s clothing, costumes, and many other health, beauty and apparel products online and thru our web site. We do not sell imitation or knock off perfumes.

We buy some our inventory in very large quantities directly from distributors and as a result we pass on the savings to you. The rest of our inventory is held by other companies and we are an authorized reseller. Because we don’t hold inventory on all of our products; we cannot have accurate quantities.

For your security, our system will only allow shipping to your PayPal confirmed billing address. If you need to ship to a different address, you can contact us by e-mail to make a special request for an exception.

Please be careful of the funding source that you select when making a PayPal payment. A PayPal e-check is the electronic equivalent of a personal check. Orders paid for with a PayPal e-check will be held until PayPal provides notification that your funds have cleared. This usually requires 3-4 business days from the date payment is initiated.

Any extra fees required such as taxes, tariffs or other boarder fees are the responsibly of the buyer to pay.

Product-not-available/Backorders

In case of a backorder, you will only be notified by email, as it is the only method we can contact buyers by.  For security reasons, our staff doesn't have direct access to our eBay account.

Backorders do happen (it’s part of business) so it's important to check your email within 3 business days after placing an order. You can inquire as to product availability prior to order. Most times; we will not cancel your order if the item is not available, but sometimes we will. We are unable to see available quantities unless we check with our supplier upon placing an order, or checking in our warehouse upon placing an order.

In the event that your item is put on backorder; you have the option of canceling your order and getting a full refund. You may not leave us negative review on our account due to item not being available and put on backorder. Buyers are encouraged to leave neutral in this situation, or contact us to see how we can earn 5 stars.


Cancelations/Change of listings after your purchase

We reserve the right to refuse any order after the buyer has paid. This might be due to not being able to ship to buyers location. This might be because item is discontinued and we found out after we placed order. This might be because item was not available and backorder would take too long. This might be because we made an error in our listing either by title, price, shipping, description, or picture.

Please remember the items we sell are not household items lying around the house to sell like the majority of eBay sellers.  Our items are generally from suppliers, or manufacturers so regular retail rules apply.

Violating our policies

Buyers disregarding our policies can be subject to legal matters outside of eBay by our company, we will not be responsible for buyers expenses incurred during this or travel and lodging fees associated with legal matters. We try to keep eBay an honest place for both buyers and sellers and we need to uphold certain policies to do so.

There is an increase in scammers on eBay and increasing every day.  This hurts the honest buyers, and really hurts sellers.  More and more scammers are finding ways to get their purchase money back, and keep their items they bought by lying to us sellers and to eBay.   Honest buyers have nothing to worry about.

Please note that our terms are subject to change at any time. However, we will honor our policy at the time of your purchase. We wont manipulate or lie to you.

Some of our products only ship to the United States, however, the majority of our products ship world-wide, and some for free shipping!

Please allow 3-4 days to process your order once payment has been cleared, and average 5-7 days to ship the order once processed for the US & Canada region, and please allow 6-30 business days to ship the order in all other regions; varies depending on your location. Please note that some items are shipped faster then this time frame; each individual item listing details are an average and may not reflect actual shipping times. We will however do our best to get the item to you in a timely manner according to the shipping method.

Please note that some items take even longer to process because they are made after an order has been placed to ensure the highest quality and newest for you. Items include cashmere dresses and various other apparel. Please allow for an extra 5-16 days processing time on top of what it says in the shipment on the listing.

We mainly use USPS, and Fedex, and we will always choose the cheapest one so you don't need to worry about which shipping method best suits your location! We have warehouses all over the country; Canada, USA, and China. If you order different types of products, we may not be able to combine the shipping cost, and not everything can be shipped together.

Our shipping costs reflect both the shipping and handling costs from our warehouses. All orders must have verified funds from PayPal and must be received in full before your order is processed. Please note that electronic checks can take up to 5 business days to clear through PayPal.

Refunds take between 7-10 business days due to payment being handled by the company that owns us. We do not have access to paypal, credit, or bank accounts. All information between us and our head company is transferred via Fax for buyer protection. Thanks for your understanding.

Due to health and safety, some products can not be returned because of health reasons. Please inquire prior to purchasing.

All perfumes that we sell are 100% real authentic brand name perfumes. We do not sell imitations or knock offs. We stand 100% behind this claim. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you receive then you have the right to return it within 60 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund for your item minus the shipping charge and restocking fee.

Cancellations where an item has not be shipped out yet will take up to 7 business days to process a full refund. In most cases it can be done in 2-3 business days but please allow us 7 days. We need time to ensure your item is cancelled from the distribution center and that it wont accidently ship out.

If you would like to return an item it must be in it's original packaging, unopened and unused.  Apparel cannot be worn, washed or tags removed. Sorry but we cannot accept returns for opened items. Before you return your item you must get a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) from us. The buyer pays the return shipping costs.

Please NOTE: You will either need to return products to our office in Canada, or office in China depending on what item it is. We are unable to accept returns back to our USA as the products will not get back to us, even if the item shows that the product is coming from USA. This is because our USA suppliers don't accept refunds, but we do accept refunds as long as it's sent to our office in Canada or China.  You need to contact us for the return address as sending it blindly back to our suppliers that we shipped it from will never have the product returned to us, and therefore we cannot issue a refund.   

Due to increaseing number of scams on the internet, we no long will refund puchases where the buyer has refused to pay import fee and decided not to accept the package, this is because the item will not be shipped back to us.

We also will not refund for undelivered packages if the address was correct and the carrier attempted to deliver, buyers must go pickup locally and ship back to us. Undeliverable packages are kept at local post office at buyers city for several weeks and not shipped back to us.

We will refund you the item cost minus shipping costs, minus restocking fee

Our warehouse has a restocking fee as we have to pay for someone to receive your package as the warehouse doesn't operate 5 days a week, its usually opened for 1 hour a day:
-There is a 34% restocking fee on cashmere apparel, cosplay costumes, and all made-to-order items.
-There is a 20% restocking fee on all other items.
-We don't accept refunds for custom-sized items.

All promotional items also will need to be returned if you wish for a refund. By returning a part/all of your order means you are no longer eligable for the promotion and you will also need to return any extras that were sent to you.

Refunds or exchanges are processed after the item has been delivered back to us and can take anywhere between 4-22 business days for a refund to be issued. 

Items received without a RMA# for returning the product will take a little longer to refund. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake (Because it does happen). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional and please try to resolve the issue with us before leaving a negative feedback. Let us know if our service could be better!!

Also note will will attempt to do all things possible to ensure that you are a happy customer within our policy rules. Our customers satisfaction is important to us and we have a very good track rating with customer service.
