In case of a backorder, you will only be notified by email, as it is the only method we can contact buyers by. For security reasons, our staff doesn't have direct access to our eBay account.
Backorders do happen (its part of business) so it's important to check your email within 3 business days after placing an order. You can inquire as to product availability prior to order. Most times; we will not cancel your order if the item is not available, but sometimes we will. We are unable to see available quantities unless we check with our supplier upon placing an order, or checking in our warehouse upon placing an order.
In the event that your item is put on backorder; you have the option of canceling your order and getting a full refund. You may not leave us negative review on our account due to item not being available and put on backorder. Cancelations/Change of listings after your purchase
We reserve the right to refuse any order after the buyer has paid. This might be due to not being able to ship to buyers location. This might be because item is discontinued and we found out after we placed order. This might be because item was not available and backorder would take too long. This might be because we made an error in our listing either by title, price, shipping, description, or picture.
Please remember the items we sell are not household items lying around the house to sell like the majority of eBay sellers. Our items are generally from suppliers, or manufacturers so regular retail rules apply.

Our shipping costs reflect both the shipping and handling costs from our warehouses. All orders must have verified funds from PayPal and must be received in full before your order is processed. Please note that electronic checks can take up to 5 business days to clear through PayPal.
Refunds take between 7-10 business days due to payment being handled by the company that owns us. We do not have access to paypal, credit, or bank accounts. All information between us and our head company is transferred via Fax for buyer protection. Thanks for your understanding.
Due to health and safety, some products can not be returned because of health reasons. Please inquire prior to purchasing.
All perfumes that we sell are 100% real authentic brand name perfumes. We do not sell imitations or knock offs. We stand 100% behind this claim. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you receive then you have the right to return it within 60 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund for your item minus the shipping charge and restocking fee.
Cancellations where an item has not be shipped out yet will take up to 7 business days to process a full refund. In most cases it can be done in 2-3 business days but please allow us 7 days. We need time to ensure your item is cancelled from the distribution center and that it wont accidently ship out.
If you would like to return an item it must be in it's original packaging, unopened and unused. Apparel cannot be worn, washed or tags removed. Sorry but we cannot accept returns for opened items. Before you return your item you must get a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) from us. The buyer pays the return shipping costs.
Please NOTE: You will either need to return products to our office in Canada, or office in China depending on what item it is. We are unable to accept returns back to our USA as the products will not get back to us, even if the item shows that the product is coming from USA. This is because our USA suppliers don't accept refunds, but we do accept refunds as long as it's sent to our office in Canada or China. You need to contact us for the return address as sending it blindly back to our suppliers that we shipped it from will never have the product returned to us, and therefore we cannot issue a refund.
Due to increaseing number of scams on the internet, we no long will refund puchases where the buyer has refused to pay import fee and decided not to accept the package, this is because the item will not be shipped back to us.
We also will not refund for undelivered packages if the address was correct and the carrier attempted to deliver, buyers must go pickup locally and ship back to us. Undeliverable packages are kept at local post office at buyers city for several weeks and not shipped back to us.
We will refund you the item cost minus shipping costs, minus restocking fee
Our warehouse has a restocking fee as we have to pay for someone to receive your package as the warehouse doesn't operate 5 days a week, its usually opened for 1 hour a day:
-There is a 34% restocking fee on cashmere apparel, cosplay costumes, and all made-to-order items.
-There is a 20% restocking fee on all other items.
-We don't accept refunds for custom-sized items.
All promotional items also will need to be returned if you wish for a refund. By returning a part/all of your order means you are no longer eligable for the promotion and you will also need to return any extras that were sent to you.
Refunds or exchanges are processed after the item has been delivered back to us and can take anywhere between 4-22 business days for a refund to be issued.
Items received without a RMA# for returning the product will take a little longer to refund. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake (Because it does happen). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional and please try to resolve the issue with us before leaving a negative feedback. Let us know if our service could be better!!
