The "new" listing should be more of "open box in very good condition". The phone originally shipped with Android 9 but I found out that it booted with Android 12; LG's last software update for this phone. So far the battery seems to be as expected for a 2019 phone. No signs of previous use (OLED burn in, scratches on the back/front glass/frame). Shipping time was very reasonable. Overall, I would rate this a 4.5/5 stars but in eBay would be a 5 star review as I got what I paid for.
