OUR RETURN POLICY: 

• Important!  We do not accept returns on previously installed electronic parts.  If you install these parts for any length of time, credit will not be given for the part.  We do not sell used parts and therefore cannot use any parts returned to us that have been installed in an appliance. • Did we send you the wrong part? We will pay for shipping for the part to be returned if you have contacted us before purchasing the part to confirm that the part you are ordering is the correct part according to your model number per the manufacturer.  If you order the wrong part without checking with us first you will be responsible for the cost of return.
• If an exchange is desired, simply purchase the correct part and we will credit the cost of the previous sale when the part is received back in new condition.
• We accept returns on any of our parts, prior to installation, within a 30 day period. Simply return the item(s) to us and we will promptly refund your money, less delivery charges upon receipt of the item.
• All of our products come with an additional product warranty from the manufacturer. The warranty is valid from 90 days to one year, depending on the manufacturer.  If you receive a faulty part, contact us and we will help you to claim your part warranty and replace your part.

TAX:
