Item or items for return have to be in original condition as they were shipped to the customer in the first place. Clothing, can not be returned for a refund if they are worn or not in original condition with the ticket and all, electronics or any other items have to be sealed in the original box or packaging as they were shipped to the customer originally. Buyer needs to contact us for a return authorization within the first 14 days. Buyer is responsible to ship the item back at their own expense. Once the item is received back, upon our inspection, we will refund the customer less shipping and restocking fees. Shipping fees will apply even if the listing says free shipping since we have paid to ship the item to the customer originally and just because it says free shipping on the listing it doesn't mean that the carrier will not charge us and free shipping listings basically mean that the shipping fees are factored into the profit margin of the item when it gets sold.
