**** Due to Ebay new rules & fee changes,& we have been updating some listings.If sellers do not offer free shipping, ebay will charge an extra fee based on the shipping & insurance charge despite the fact that they have nothing to do with packing the item, nor do they take in consideration the difference between shipping a 10 pound box of china for example to California, as opposed to Pennsylvania or the discount we sellers offer when combining items in a flat rate box or envelope.

So this is what we will do regarding this fiasco.

A shipping charge has been built into the starting price of this listing.
If you happen to purchase 3 or more of these like items, example, single stamps or sets, we will offset your built in shipping buy sending you 10% of your
purchase with same category merchandise. Ebay has not made it possible to do combined shipping and refund any overages.

For example, you buy 3 large stamps for a total of $45.

We put them in an insured flat rate envelope, we pay $6.70. Built into the price for example is $10.50 shipping & insurance( $10.50 less $ 6.70 is $3.80 ) but we will give you back $4.50 in rubber stamping items.

We know its not a perfect system, we would rather have the old system of weight rate & combined shipping, but we can't with the ebay's fee on shipping charges.

We think this is the fairest and as close as we can get to making shipping charges fair for everyone, since in the past we have always tried to keep shipping & on-line insurance as close as possible.

 Please note that used stamps may have previous owners name or initials, old price tags, sticker residue etc. This does not interfere with the stamping. We will always list the condition or show a picture of the back of the stamp so you can see the condition.

 Items sold as is unless there was a mistake in the listing or it was misrepresented.

While we are pet free & smoke free, we sometimes buy items at estate sales or sell on consignment  & can not vouch for those items being allergy free for those buyers sensitive to them.

This also includes packing material, since we do make use of recycled paper, boxes & peanuts so that we can  be earth friendly.
