We are a small company that specialises in technical products.  We offer good quality products at affordable prices.  We always strive to offer the best customer service.

Shipping

All items are stocked in our London based warehouse. Once an order has been placed and been paid for, it is then picked, packaged and posted. All orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.  Items ordered over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. Once your order has been sent you will receive confirmation via email with a tracking number if applicable.

Payment

We ask that payment is made within 3 days of winning auction. Paypal is our preferred payment method. However if you wish to pay via BACS, Cheque or Postal Order please contact us prior to bidding. Our Paypal account is a fully verified Business account.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and as such a VAT receipt will be provided, it will be emailed to you, as to reduce our carbon footprint.

Warranty & Returns

All new hardware products come with 12 month standard manufacturer warranty. Cable and leads come with 90 days warranty. Faulty items may be returned for a like-for-like exchange up to 12 months (90 days for cables and leads) after the dispatch date.

If you decide you don't want the product, a full refund less postage and a 15% restocking fee will be applied if you return it within 7 days of the dispatch date, providing that the seal remains unbroken. You must contact us for a RMA before returning item, if you don't provide one, we cannot process your refund. Please obtain proof of posting as we are unable to be held responsible for items lost in post.
