I am a private seller, this is not a business, but a hobby. I am trying my best to give an honest description of each item along with detailed photos which are provided to depict the item and to try & show the current condition.

I am not an expert on all subjects so please examine photos carefully.

Payment 

I accept PayPal only. I really appreciate if payment is sent within 48 hours from auction end. The item may get relisted if no payment is received within 5 days of auction end. An “unpaid item” gets recorded with eBay automatically after 4 days if no communication has been initiated by the buyer

Any item that sells for over $250 should be sent with Signature option which costs $1.50 at Canada Post (this is requirement by PayPal and eBay).  *Please wait for my invoice for accurate shipping charges, do not pay immediately after winning.  

Shipping

Packages are usually shipped within 24 to 72 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday) to the PayPal registered address.

International buyers: please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Since shipping labels are printed through PayPal, the cost on customs forms CAN NOT be lowered. If you have questions regarding this, please feel free to contact me.

Expedited shipping service - Canada Post Priority Service.  Includes tracking number and delivery confirmation. Signature on delivery: $1.50. Includes insurance – 100$. Apparel & Footwear

All clothing comes from a pet-free, smoke-free home and is inspected for flaws prior to being listed. New Items are listed as NEW. Used items are listed as pre-owned and will be shipped washed or cleaned. Please be aware that unless stated otherwise, pre-owned items have been pre-worn, pre-washed and may exhibit signs of wear such as faded fabric, cracking print, missing tags or missing extra buttons. This is the nature of pre-owned/vintage clothing, I always try my best to list any issue with an item under the condition.

Jewellery & Antiques

For high value items I would recommend insurance coverage. Canada Post charges $2 per 100$. If you would like to insure items, please let me know before paying, I will add insurance to the invoice.

Returns & refunds

If an item has been misrepresented in error, please first contact me directly for fast resolution of your concerns.

Returns are accepted only if item was not accurately described.  Buyer has to proof his claim.

Prior to returning any item non-Canadian buyers have to contact for RMA# and  shipping instructions  to avoid Canada Customs charges (Canada customs applies tax on anything greater than 10$ if it is not marked as return and there is no RMS #). Buyer has to bear responsibility for these charges if return instructions not followed.

Refunds will be given upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition it was shipped. Only the purchase price of item will be refunded.
