    Good Food!

    I love watching Nigella on "Nigella Express" on the Food Network. She has a soothing way about her cooking. No rushing around like Wonder Woman or balancing a tower of food to get to the counter, but her prepared meals still don't take a lot of time and watching her prepare them is a real pleasure. This book is for people who don't want complicated foods, but still want good food in less time. The book contains lots of color photos and about 130 recipes. She includes a lot of her most reliable standbys for everyday and for company. Some of the recipes are her "Crab and Avocado Salad with Japanese Dressing,"....."Brandied-Bacony Chicken," and "Seared Salmon with Singapore Noodles. She has also simplified some of her favorite desserts such as "Crepes Suzette,"...."White Chocolate Mint ...

    Nigella Express

    Another "must have" for fans of Britain's super cooks - including Nigella Lawson. Chock full of great and quick recipes for busy people and tips about what to use for effective shortcuts. Recieved this two days ago and haven't stopped reading yet. Highly recommend. It's also a super companion to the Food Channel's Nigella series of the same name. Helps you pair the recipes with what this uber cook prepares in her home. Tanks favorably with her other books (all of which I have) and those by Jamie Oliver and Delia Smith.

    Nigella Express

    These are fun and very easy, elegant and sooo good to eat! My only complaint is the ingredients. Most of the recipes call for things I never have on hand and could not afford to ever buy where I live. Maybe food costs and availability are very different where Nigella lives. Europe can feel like a different world

    Perfect for everyday life.

    This is my most favorite of all Nigella’s books. I own them all but this is certainly my most used. The recipes are just fantastic, the end result looks as though you have been slaving over a hot stove all day when in fact these meals are extremely easy to cook. On top of that I feel that most of the ingredients are pretty everyday so no expensive buys that you are likely to use just the once. Perfect for those people who want to eat good quality fresh meals but don’t have all day spare to prepare them!!!
