If you have limited time constraints or any other specific issue outside of what is covered in the item description or listing information, please ask us about it BEFORE purchasing. We always try to ship out items as promptly as possible. In the rare event that a shipment is delayed, we will give you an estimated date when it will be shipped or offer to refund your money. The delivery transit times displayed on all listings are provided by eBay and the United States Postal Service, not the item seller, and are ESTIMATES ONLY.  Delivery delays caused by the actions of the shipping carrier service (USPS, UPS, etc.) are beyond the seller's control, and are solely the responsibility of the carrier. Therefore, we cannot guarantee shipping transit times for any domestic or international shipment.

Due to the nature of our merchandise, all returned items MUST be in the same condition it was shipped in: unused, with all tags (or other original manufacturer's packaging) intact and attached.   We will cheerfully replace any defective items with another copy of the same product only, without exceptions. (Buyers who return defective items for replacement will be reimbursed for the return postage.)  No returns will be accepted without prior notification, and approval. We are reasonable people and customer service is very important to us.  If you are dissatisfied with our service or products, please contact us first and give us an opportunity to remedy the situation.

OUR CUSTOMERS ARE ONLY CHARGED THE ACTUAL U.S.P.S. POSTAGE TO MAIL THEIR PACKAGES TO THEIR LOCATION. THE POSTAGE RATE IS DETERMINED BY THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, AND IS CALCULATED BASED ON THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE. WE DO NOT ADD ANY EXTRA CHARGES OR HANDLING FEES OF ANY KIND TO THAT POSTAGE.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!:
Priority Mail International will be used whenever possible for international packages, unless you specify Express Mail International. Online tracking is available to most major destinations, but not all. Buyers will be provided with a tracking number when items are shipped, and can be tracked at the United States Postal Service website. (As the seller, we do not have access to any more tracking information on any particular package than the buyer does.) It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import duties, tariffs, or taxes for their purchases, and to verify that any item purchased from us is not prohibited by the laws, regulations or Customs service of their nation.  Delivery delays or packages seizures caused by other nations’ Customs or Postal services are beyond our control and are solely the responsibility of those institutions and/ or the buyer.

A NOTE FOR MASK BUYERS:
For your convenience, we enclose instructions with each mask for its use, care, and display. When you receive your mask from us, it is in the same condition in which we received it from the warehouse.  Most mass-produced rubber Halloween masks are warehoused and shipped from the manufacturers flat without any sort of stuffing. Occasionally this flattening will cause some slight warping in the mask. This happens to all rubber masks to some extent, and is not considered a “defect” in the product.  By following our instructions, you can easily return your mask to its original molded shape, as well as correct any minor distortions in the rubber material incurred during storage.
