We accept payment via PayPal or you may pay with your credit card through PayPal.
All in-state residents within the state of Michigan will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.
We must be contacted within 4 days and payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction, as per eBay policy. If we are not contacted or payment is not received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked, a Non-Paying Bidder complaint will be filed, and your user ID will be added to our blocked bidders list.
U.S. Buyers
Indicated shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states only. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories must request a shipping quote prior to bidding / buying. U.S. buyers from outside the 48 contiguous states must request an invoice prior to making payment.
Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday). If particular item cannot be shipped within 48 hour of auction close, this will be disclosed in the auction description or you will be notified of the updated shipping date within 24 hours.
Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO USE ANY OF THESE SERVICES AT OUR DISCRETION.
International buyers
IMPORTANT: Your country may charge import tax or duty which will be due upon delivery. It is the buyer's responsibilty to know what these are and pay them. Roaring Fork Trading Co. does not collect tax or duty for any country.
We welcome international bidders, however you must contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding if shipping for your specific country is not shown. We will try to reply with a shipping quote as soon as possible, but please do not bid until we have given you a shipping quote. You must be aware of the shipping charges before you place your bid.
Note: It may not be possible to ship some larger items to all countries.
Winning bidders, please contact us after close of auction so that we can send an updated invoice with shipping charges to your location.
Please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. WE WILL NOT ISSUE FRAUDULENT CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.
Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

We will gladly accept returns, however due to the nature of our business (primarily the sale of second-hand goods), ONLY if the item is not demonstrably as described and we are notified of the problem within 3 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped in the complete, original packaging. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the bidder.
