Warranty: The micorder is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months after date of initial purchase. For warranty claims please contact Olens technology at (805) 489-3636.This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use. If you think you are experiencing warranty issues call us direct at 651-251-5695. Any returns shipped to us will need a Return Materials Authorization number. We will handle all out of box warranty issues. Warranty issues that arise after the unit has been put into service will be returned directly to Olens Technology. (See above contact information for Olens Technology). No returns will be accepted without the RMA#. You are responsible for the freight cost when returning a suspected defective warranty item to us. New returns are not normally accepted, but, at our discretion, may be. If we authorize a new return, the item must be in good salable condition and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
