• Buyer to pay shipping and handling price as shown in eBay's Shipping & Payment detail section. We ship to US & Canada only. Some larger items can not be shipped to Canada (see info at the top of the listing for 'Ships to' locations).
• Shipping/Handling charge INCLUDES INSURANCE and a small handling fee to cover the cost of mailers, labels and other essential shipping expenses.
• Item will be shipped to the shipping address you provide during checkout. If you wish to ship to a different address you must contact us by email within 10 minutes of making your payment.
• Items are normally shipped the same or next business day after receiving cleared payment (normally M-F except holidays). If paying by PayPal eCheck, we will ship as soon as funds clear the account.
• COMBINED SHIPPING/HANDLING INFO - We will combine and discount shipping for multiple purchases (using the Shopping Cart function). The discount will be automatically applied during checkout using the Shopping Cart. Depending on the items you are interested in, We generally reduce S/H on the 2nd, 3rd, etc. items by $1.50 or more. • The estimated delivery date shown above is only an estimate inserted by eBay based on shipping methods. These are not guaranteed. We can not guarantee you will receive the item by that date, we can only guarantee that we will ship quickly. After that it is in the hands of the US Postal Service.
• US Addresses - Our Standard Flat Rate Shipping is normally by USPS Parcel Post (or 1st Class mail if possible). We may also use UPS for larger items at our discretion. We also offer a USPS Priority Mail option.
• Canada - We offer USPS First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. Tracking is not available for Canada shipments. Please keep in mind that USPS First Class Mail can take several weeks to arrive. Please include your phone# with payment as it may be needed for the customs label. Please do not ask us to mark items as a 'Gift' or otherwise be untruthful on customs forms. International buyers please review the info below about customs, import duties, taxes.
• Packaging - Some clothing items may have their display hangars removed and discarded for ease of shipping. On rare occasions we may remove an item from it's original box/package, flatten the box/package and ship them both together in a new box/envelope (also for ease of shipping or to improve packaging).

• If defective upon receipt, please contact us by email within 14 days for refund or replacement arrangements. If defective after use, please contact the manufacturer.
• If the item does not fit (please measure your dog before purchasing), you may return it and we will refund the purchase price (shipping & handling is not refundable). The item must be returned in original/new condition with all product tags/packaging intact within 14 days for a refund. Refund will NOT be given for any item returned with dog hair, dirt/stains, smoke smell, damaged or missing tags/packaging  It is not necessary to email prior to returning an item due to fit. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
• Sorry, we can not exchange for larger or smaller sizes due to inventory control limitations. REFUNDS only / No Exchanges!

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
