We accept returns on items that are either defective or not as described.
Buyer must contact us within 14 days from ship date to obtain proper return procedure.
All return and exchange shoes must be excellent condition for re-sale (original shoe box and tag).
Customer is responsible for return shipping charge + e-bay listing fee + e-bay item sold fee + paypal fee.
All return shoes will be carefully inspected before issuing money back or exchange.
All returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
