Making Turbo Diesels Even Cooler.
After refining the design and fabrication process, we are proud to offer these intakes made from;
Full TIG welded, 3.5" mandrel bent steel tubing, with a 1/2" thick Cold Finished laser cut flange and dipstick mount. All intakes come standard with four 1/8 inch NPT ports on the back for methanol/water injection, a boost gauge, etc. Also included is a 3.5" feeder tube along with all the neccesary boots, clamps, and miscelaneous hardware needed to install this system. For an additional charge, select powder coat colors and semi custom modifications are available.
Why the extra .5”?
1 - The circumference of 3.5” tubing is nearly the exact same size as the perimeter of the square shaped inlet of the factory Cummins intake plate. In simple terms, when we form the outlet end of the MEGA manifold to mate with the flange, it fits perfect. Thus 3.5” tubing provides the maximum laminar flow you can achieve without machining off the side of your head.
2 - 3.5” 16 gauge tubing offers a 27.4% increase in volume over the same length of 3” 16 gauge tubing.
3 - All 2nd Gen 12v and 24v trucks have a 3.5” diameter intercooler outlet and most aftermarket intercooler outlets are 3.5” diameter. On these trucks in stock form, the 3" post intercooler tubing is actually restricting the air flow coming out of the intercooler.
3.5 - We offer a complete intake system; manifold, feeder tube, boots, clamps, and hardware at nearly the cost of the most expensive 3” intake manifold alone. Some say that should be reason number 1.

Our intakes are powder coated inside and out to protect them from any possibility of corrosion, even with the use of water/methanol injection.
Available color options are the standard gloss black, white, blue, green, yellow, orange, red, and purple. There are many other colors available by special request.
For even more of a performance gain, these intakes can be run with or without the heater grid.
These performance intakes offer a huge air flow gain over the stock intake manifolds, due to the major restriction Cummins designed in their manifold to create room for the two driver side flange bolts. Also by using smooth circular tubing in one continuous bend, instead of rough square cast aluminum in two hard 90 degree bends, these intakes offer much less drag. Which results in quicker turbo spool, lower egt's, and less over all strain on your motor.
