ITEM WEIGHING 150lbs and LESS

For items under 150lbs (30kg) I use UPS.com to the US and Canada Post to Canada.  There are absolutely no issues with customs to the US .  Canada Post is very fast within Canada (typically within 5 days), and UPS is equally as fast to the US usually taking around 5 business days.  The cost listed below is shipping for the US using UPS.  Canadian customers please email me to get a shipping cost for you which should be cheaper.  I use an outside packager so after your payment is received, your item is sent another local business which packages and ships your goods.  It may take up to 5 business days to get your item properly packaged and shipped.  As soon as I receive your TRACKING #s I will email them to you and you can track using that number at www.UPS.com or www.canadapost.ca.  Very rarely, Canada Post will LOSE or DAMAGE an item.  I insure every shipment, but there is a process to getting the insurance money which can include direct contact and information from the receiver (which is you).  I will definitely refund you if you do not receive your shipment or it is damaged but we must go through the steps with UPS and Canada Post first which can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks.

If the item being purchased is over 150lbs, then I use a multitude of brokers and carriers including Fastfrate Logistics, Speedy Transport, MSM Transport, UPS Freight and others to both the US and Canada.  Email me your zip or postal code to get a quote or an estimate.  For any larger shipments to the US, please send me your contact phone number to go along with a contact name and a tax ID# for your business to along with your business name as well as shipping address so that my customs broker has all the information they need to clear your shipment smoothly.  I will also provide you with information on tracking larger shipments.

If you have not received our email within 24 hours from when the auction ended, please drop us an email and let us know. 

Return Policy:  

You may return the product within 7 days of receipt. Shipping, handling and insurance is not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and logistics. If you receive the item damaged or something not resembling what you purchased, please email me and we will work towards a satisfying result.
