Options Available We offer many options on most of our jewelry designs. All of our designs are available in either sterling silver, 14K Yellow Gold or 14K White Gold. Stone accents and stone set eyes are available on just about any design we offer. Hand set imitation and genuine stone accents are available in any birthstone color. Personalized engraving is also available for an extra charge. We offer engraving in both Script (written style) and Roman (printed style). We also offer professional and tasteful gift wrap for an additional cost. Gift cards are available at no extra charge. If you are interested in any of these custom options, please email us for availability and cost.
Our 100% Guarantee and Our Return Policy Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We sincerely want you to be more than happy with your purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will give you instructions for returning your design for either a replacement or refund. We also offer a lifetime guarantee on defects in material and workmanship. Should your jewelry prove to be defective because of the above we will replace or repair it at no charge. Normal wear is not covered, however, if your jewelry needs service because of wear we will be happy to quote you a reasonable price for this service.

Shipping Time Normal shipping time is between 1-2 weeks. Because all of our jewelry is hand made when we receive your order we ask that you allow sufficient time to make your jewelry to our quality standards. Some jewelry which is more labor intensive and customized jewelry may take longer to complete. Finger Rings may take 3 weeks to complete. Orders may also take longer during holidays when our work volume is heavy. Please be assured we will do everything we can to get your order to you when you need it.

We also realize that you may be making a purchase for a gift with a certain due date. When you place your order, please email or call us and let us know the date you require your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How Is This Made? All of the jewelry designs we offer are created by award winning artists Julian Esquivel and Ted Fees. Each original design is hand carved from wax. The carving process may take several weeks to complete and results in jewelry designs that are works of art. Our designs are known for their intricate detail and very dimensional quality. Once the wax master is completed we make molds which are used to re-create the design in wax. These waxes are then hand cast using the lost wax casting process. After casting, your design is hand polished and finishing touches particular to your order are added. Our jewelry is always shipped to you attractively gift boxed.
