If this item is embroidered it includes one location of embroidery only - unless otherwise stated, if you would like to have your item embroidered in more than one location there is an additional fee of 3.00.  If you would like to add embroidery to an item that does not come  with it the cost is 3.00 for a name embroidery.

If this item has embroidery it is for display purposes only.  Your Purchase will be embroidered to your specifications.

Basic embroidery instructions...

#1 - Please try to put your instructions in the notes to seller (sugarkitty01) section when checking out.  Emails after the fact sometimes get lost and are often hard to match up to the order. Obviously we expect that it will not always work out perfectly and emails after the fact will be a necessity at times.

#2 -  When sending your embroidery instructions, please keep in mind that we will embroider the name as you send it.  If you send the name in ALL CAPS we will embroider it in ALL CAPS.  If you put "quotation marks" around the name we will think you want "quotation marks" on the embroidery, etc...

Monograms can be done in one of two ways, 

#1 - aBc indicates that you want a traditional monogram style embroidery (the last name is usually the middle initial and will be larger than the other two letters, all letters will be done in caps unless otherwise stated by the customer. 

#2 - ABC  indicates that you want all the initials the same size and that the  order you put them in is the way you want them embroidered.

#3 - Font Choices

You may choose the font from the item photo (just say use font from sample) or we offer the following additional fonts for your personalization.  If you do not choose a font for your item we will choose the one we think looks best.

Arial - Script Mt Bold - Kristen - Brush Script - Harrington -Dots  - Calligraphy - Times - French Script  - Comic Sans

#4 - Thread Color Choices

White - Brown - Black - Red - Light Pink - Dark Pink - Royal - Light Blue - Purple - Lavender - Lime - Green - Orange - Grey & Yellow

These colors are for example only actual color may be different - white is shown in blue for obvious reasons.

#5 - Embroidery Designs

If your purchase includes a design embroidery you may select a design from any of our embroidered items and have that design embroidered on your item.  Color changes are easy, please make sure you are clear about the changes you want to make and it is a good idea to include your phone number in case we need to call you for further information.

#6 - Shipping time

Please be patient when waiting for your order. Our Prices are very competitive and therefore we get a lot of orders. Most of our items about 99% are made to order - this takes time. 

1st -  your order information needs to be printed & clarified ( checked to make sure we have all of the information needed ie... size, embroidery information, thread color, etc...,

2nd -  your order goes to the design department where your design is made (even names are done this way).

3rd -  your order goes to the embroidery department.

4th -  your order goes to the sewing dept. for final touches, like bows ribbon, etc.

5th - your order goes to shipping where it is packaged and shipped.

Please know that a typical order ships in 10 business days - that's 2 standard weeks * before your item will ship -

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HANCOCK'S EMBROIDERY IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO WAIT FOR YOUR ITEM - PLEASE DO NOT MAKE UP YOUR OWN DELIVERY DATE AND EXPECT THAT WE CAN DELIVER YOUR ITEM BY THAT DATE.  PLEASE ALSO REMEMBER THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER USPS - WE ARE AT THEIR MERCY JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE -

please be fair and remember this when leaving feedback.  We ship our items the least expensive way possible to keep shipping charges down for you, our customer. We do not charge handling fees.

*We do offer a "rush order service" providing there is room in the schedule.  The cost is  (10.00 per item to move your item/items to the front of the production schedule - design dept., embroidery run, final touches & shipping).  If you are interested in having the rush fee added to your order please let us know before placing your order or paying for your item - we will let you know if rush deliveries are available.  Expedited shipping is also available for your order  - please request priority shipping before you pay for your item and we will add the option to your invoice.

#7 - Combined shipping is available for all orders. 

International combined shipping is available per order and order weight.  International orders will be given options to ship the most cost affordable way possible.  Please be patient during transit.  If you choose to have your item shipped using a faster method those options are available as well.

 Note: Embroidered items are considered to be custom orders and, as such, are not returnable unless the mistake is due to an error made by HANCOCK'S EMBROIDERY. Please double-check size and color choices before you order.
