seller said they could get this product in the color of white. i re-confirmed they'de send white colored product, instead of black, and they re-assured me. only on ebay will you still receive the wrong product after confirming two times. ebay has gone down hill. sure, you might get a refund (like i did), weeks after placing your order. but your time and $$ is tied up and you still wont get the products you need from piss-poor sellers. Z minus rating. these sellers should leave ebay

We are not perfect and do make mistakes-which I will ALWAYS rectify. I d DID REFUND his money and DID send the correct color mat. Not sure what else I could do. We are three human beings, cutting mats all day for over 25 years on Ebay-we do occasionally make mistakes. Please read more of my feedback to check us out.
