Return Policy

If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase you may return your item within 30 days of your shipping confirmation date.  Item must be unused, tags attached, and in restockable condition.  You are responsible for paying the return shipping.  In the rare situation where you receive an item with a factory defect please contact me through Ebay and I will have the item shipped back to me at my cost and give you the option of a refund or send you out a replacement (subject to availability).  Please note, by law, intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn.

Due to the private and intimate nature of my items my listings are private listings to keep your identity anonymous to the rest of the Ebay community.  Also, your items will be shipped to you in a plain package with my business name "Avery Enterprises LLC" on the shipping label to protect your privacy.

Payment

I accept payment by PayPal.  Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal accout to be able to make a payment by PayPal.  All you need is a credit card.  If you are the winning bidder on an auction item please make payment within 4 days of winning the auction.  You will be required to make an immediate payment when you use Buy It Now.

Shipping

Shipping to the US is $3.95.  You can combine shipping for $.95 per additional item.  Orders placed before 12 p.m. central standard time are often shipped out same day but I can not gaurantee same day processing.  All other orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.  The packages usually arrive within 3-10 business days.

International Shipping

I currently offer shipping to Canada, Australia, and Europe. International shipping is calculated by your location and typically takes between 5-10 business days.  International orderers also please note that any taxes, import duties, or other charges are not included in my price and are your responsiblity to pay.  To detemine any additional charges please contact your county's cutsom office.  I label all international packages as "apparel" for customs purposes
