If you are unhappy with your purchase or have an issue with the way your transaction was handled, then please contact us prior to leaving feedback, so that we may have the opportunity to issue a refund or discount or replacement item.
If you leave nuetral or negative feedback, without contacting us first to try and rectify the issue, then we will consider the transaction final and no further action will be taken on our part until the feedback is removed. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to any email regarding a purchase that you are unhappy with.
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, then the Buyer must contact the Seller within 7 days to make arrangements to send the items back.
The Buyer must then get a quote from there postal service, submit it to the Seller, who will then pay the Buyer the shipping charge via pay pal within 24hrs.
Once the item has been recieved by the Seller and is inspected, the refund will be issued.
To avoid fraudulent behavior, all items shipped by us are inspected and signed with a red wax pencil on the underside.
This mark must still be visible on the item that you are shipping back in order to recieve a full refund.
Fraud example: If you order a cup and saucer from us to replace one that you have broken, and then were to try and return your broken one to us for a refund, that would be fraud.
