| | Features: | • Double boxed – Every unit is double-boxed before it leaves our warehouse. Shipping carriers are sometimes very rough handling large packages. It has been our experience that this rough handling, combined with the standard packaging sometimes results in damage, and insurance claims are difficult and time-consuming. To remedy this and protect your purchase, we double box every unit. Lamp can be used as a light only, magnifier only, or as a lighted magnifier. • Excellent steam production – 750 watts of heating power. Transforms distilled water into pore-opening, muscle-relaxing, heated steam / vapor. Large, heavy-duty glass water reservoir (empty jar capacity is 27 ounces to upper fill line), and concave-shaped, top-mounted water inlet makes this steamer easy to fill and use. Sprays approximately 24 ounces of water per hour. • Superb UV sterilization – Steamer-nozzle houses a premium, long-life (10,000 hour rated) T5, 4-watt, ultraviolet bulb. This bulb outputs a disinfectant, germicidal light that kills most micro-organisms. The UV rays (commonly referred to as “ozone”) from this bulb sterilize the steam as it passes through the steamer arm. Bulb is a common / standard size in case you ever need to replace it. • Anti-drip nozzle – This steamer is equipped with a smooth, deep-bore nozzle, and a strip of high-grade, high-density felt located at the steam exit to absorb any condensate. These features effectively eliminate the drips or “spitting” found in other steamers. • Quiet operation – Premium, heavy-gauge, triple-wound heating coil ensure fast heating times and low noise. • Two operating modes – Steam only and steam plus ozone. Vapor (steam) and ozone (UV) functions have separate on/off switches and bright lighted indicators. Built-in, 60 minute timer with auto shut off confirms precise treatment duration. Automatic thermal protection circuitry turns off steamer if water level drops too low. Unit is fuse protected and 7.5' power cords (one each for steamer and light) are grounded for safety. • Superb illumination – Lamp head contains an efficient, 8” diameter, 22-watt fluorescent bulb; keeps unwanted heat to a minimum while providing excellent light and clarity. Bulb is easily-replaceable if ever needed. Diffused bulb-cover prevents accidental contact with bulb and spreads the light evenly across your work service.
• Excellent magnification – High-clarity magnifying lens is approximately 5" diameter (4-3/4” actual), and contains an inset, 7/8” diameter, high-power lens. The primary lens is 5-diopter (2.25x power with a focal length of up to 10”), and the inset lens is 8-diopter (3x power with a focal length of up to 3”). • Folding lens cover – Hinged, dual-purpose, folding lens-cover; protects the lens while not in use from dust / scratches, and blocks reflected light when the unit is used as a lamp only. • Easy to position – Spring-loaded base-unit allows steamer’s height to be easily adjusted and locked in place via the tension knob. Steamer swivels on the base allowing the 21” long steamer arm to be optimally placed. The cool-touch, composite nozzle can be rotated on its axis approximately 65 degrees in each direction, directing the steam as needed. Unit features a stainless-steel handle that circles the unit and gives a cool, convenient place to grab when moving or positioning the steamer. Magnifying lamp features a 360 degree swiveling head (180° each direction) and the 39" rotating, retracting arm allows for precise positioning. Adjustable tension knobs and position-locks guarantee the placement is maintained. Maximum working height of 78”, and a minimum working height of approximately 32”. • Steady – Five rugged, weighted-steel legs form the 28” wide base and provide best-of-class stability; swiveling, easy-roll casters / wheels ensure smooth mobility. Shipping
Expedited shipping service: We offer free rush-processing on every order; if your cleared payment is received prior to 3pm EST, our goal is to pick, package and ship your order that business day. For continental U.S. delivery, items weighing less than 13 oz. usually ship through USPS First Class Mail, items from 13 oz. to 2 lbs. usually are sent USPS Priority, and heavier items usually ship via UPS Ground. Internationally, most items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Neither UPS nor USPS guarantee their transit times, and delays do happen from time to time. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate shipping carrier and class for each order.
Combined-shipping discounts: Sorry, we cannot offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases. The quoted shipping charges include some fixed warehouse and handling costs, so even if you order multiple items and we send them together in one shipment, there is no way for us to discount the charges. We do try to offer the best prices amongst all the reputable dealers.
United States Buyers: If you are paying through PayPal, you must have a confirmed PayPal address.
International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, charges and brokerage fees (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item’s price or shipping charges. CAUTION: Equipment and supplies are to be used only by properly trained & licensed professionals, in a safe, controlled environment on pre-screened clients. Never use a machine or implement a treatment without fully understanding all operating and safety procedures, possible contraindications and effects/interactions of any treatments and products applied. Clients should always consult a physician before undertaking any treatments, and seek immediate medical attention in the event of any adverse reactions.
Contraindications: All treatments including ultrasonic, galvanic, high-frequency, hammer, aromatics, dermabrasion, and those with ozone or UV light production (Wood’s lamp, facial steamer, etc.) should not be used on (are contraindicated for) clients who are pregnant or might be pregnant, have pacemakers or any heart or abnormal blood pressure history, have open lesions or inflamed areas, rosacea (including pustular), couperose or broken capillaries, spider veins, autoimmune disorder, epilepsy, cancer (or anyone undergoing radiation or chemotherapy), or that have any electrical device or metal contained in or about the body, or are suffering from any health condition.
Except in rare instances, all photographs shown are taken by our in house staff, and all item descriptions are written after our hands-on inspections of each product. We do this to provide the most accurate representation of the products, and ensure you’ll receive exactly what you expect (measurements quoted are approximate). Most sellers rely on, and copy the pictures and specifications provided by the manufacturers in their brochures. It has been our experience that these are usually dated and/or incorrect. We strive to have the most current information and images available, and only occasionally, due to unexpected manufacturer changes, will items be slightly different than depicted. Other Cautions: Never use electrical items, or touch electrical connections or power cords while wet or while in wet areas, and always use a GFCI protected receptacle anywhere water could be present. Do not use machines outdoors or near flammable items. To avoid a mild tingling/shocking sensation, the user and client should avoid touching metal (and should not wear metal jewelry), including the machine’s metal parts and knobs (except for the intensity and function on/off controls) while using the high-frequency and galvanic functions. The use of glycolic (hydroxyacetic) acid, and other AHAs, chemical peels or irritants should be avoided before, during, and after high-frequency and galvanic treatments. Never use any machine that is damaged or needs repair, or use any function with a broken attachment. For example, never use a high-frequency wand with a broken electrode, a steamer with a dripping nozzle, a wobbling bed, table or chair, the vacuum extraction or dermabrasion features with damaged tips, a facial brush with a worn brush-head, etc. Some machines and/or functions have areas or surfaces that reach high temperatures, and caution should be used to avoid burns. Avoid heated facial steamer metal surfaces, reservoirs / jars (and the water contained within), heating coils and surrounding areas, herbal baskets, steamer arms, nozzles, and nozzle exits (always maintain safe distance from steam). Some other items that can reach high temperatures are towel warmers, and UV, fluorescent or incandescent bulbs. When using the hot side of the hot/cold hammer tool, always check the current temperature before contacting it to the client’s skin and limit the exposure time at the warmer temperatures. If the hammer is too hot and would cause a burn, turn off the power and allow device to cool.
