There are no finer pieces of porcelain than the Schlegelmilch Porcelains. 

This is a beautiful R. S. GERMANY GREEN MARK CHOCOLATE POT WITH 4 CUPS AND SAUCERS.  It's 9 1/2 inches high and 4 1/2 inches in diameter.  The saucers are 4 5/8 inches in diameter ant the cups are 2 3/4 inches high.

 There is damage to this piece as shown in the photographs.  The chocolate pot has a 6 1/2 inch crack running the length of the front.  It is visiable on the inside.  One of the cups has a chip as shown. Regardless, it's beautiful!  It would make an excellent shelf piece.  It's being listed, without reserve, at a fraction of it's value.

CONDITION: In my five decades, I have inspected tens of thousands of R. S. pieces and the number of "perfect pieces" I've found  I could count on my fingers....they all have flaws.  I do not consider mold marks or glaze and decal imperfections to be damage.  I do not want to hassle between the definations of chips, flakes, hairlines or crowfeet, they will all be photographed.  I will and do describe all damage and wear to the pieces I list. 

I have several thousands of these pieces and very much want to dispose of them as quickly as possible.  I will be listing them in the auction format, without reserve, at a fraction of their value.  If not sold in auction, they will be moved to my eBay store and priced several times higher. 

My wife and I, before her death, had spent over fifty years buying, selling, appraising, collecting and just plain amassing R. S. PRUSSIA.  I may not know everything about R. S. PRUSSIA, but I know all I want to know.  Please don't contact and try to impress me with your newly acquired knowledge.  Believe me, I've heard it all before.  Please don't contact me with offers to "buy it all".  This is not my first time in the rodeo.  Most simply can't afford to and are only searching for rare scenes, portraits and animals with no interest in the floral patterns and I don't have time to search for specific patterns.

In the next several months, I will be listing several hundred pieces of R. S. PRUSSIA & R. S. GERMANY.  My listings will start with slightly damaged, unmarked maybe-they-ares and great German porcelain wannabees.  The better and perfect pieces will follow.  There are so many pieces that it may take years.  Please be patient with me.

My wife and I had been antique dealers for many, many years and during that time accumulated a number of not for sale personal collections.  They included, among others, R. S. Prussia, fine signed crystal, and victorian and vintage jewelry.  While many of the pieces went to the family after her death, thousand of pieces remain.  Please put me on your favorite dealer list and watch my auctions for the next several months until I dispose of all these things at prices set at a fraction of their value.
