Perfect gift for someone with a November 9th Birthday or Anniversary. From what I understand, its very low serial number places it in the first stack of sheets to be run, in the very first stack of bills in the first stack of sheets. Bill has never been circulated - my fiance had a set of notes from 00001101 to 00001142, and this is one of the few that remain, drawn from our personal collection.”
