REFUND: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return for a refund. * ALL items must be in their original unopened or un-tampered holders, flips or mint packaging, if they are opened, removed or tampered with, this will void your return privileges. * We must be notified by phone or email of your intent to return the item within 3 days of receiving, and post marked no more than 5 days after receiving the item. * All items MUST be FULLY insured by you at your expense when returning the shipment. (NO EXCEPTIONS) * To deter "window shoppers" we will not accept returns on coins certified by 3rd party grading services such as NGC ,NCS, PCGS, ANACS, ICG,, etc. unless those items are grossly misrepresented by us. * Raw Coins are graded according to current ANA standards. * Due to market volatility in precious metals, there will be no returns on raw bullion products. There will be no refunds on all new items that are sealed or un-opened such as rolls, mint sewn bags, trading cards packs unless they have been sent by mistake. We will issue a refund on your purchase price, less shipping/handling and insurance fee. Unless there are special circumstances, refunds will only be processed through our accounts payable dept. Although rare, refunds can take up to three weeks to properly process. EXCHANGE: If you receive a defective item or wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for you, just email us for a Return for Exchange Authorization. All exchanges must be insured and post marked within 3 days of receipt of item. We will also need for you to provide us with the tracking number as soon as the item is shipped back to us.
