Items shipped to buyers in the U.S. have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee
Items shipped to buyers outside the U.S. have a 21 day satisfaction guarantee

Stamps described with faults or “as is” are NOT returnable
Returned items that are NOT the original items sent or have been damaged or altered will NOT be refunded
Lots with over 10 separate items (stamps, blocks, and/or covers) are NOT returnable for any reason.
All items are guaranteed genuine as described or visualized in accompanying image.
Exception if forgery or reprint is mentioned in description, then item is sold "as is". Condition of stamp (i.e, centering, perforations, cancel, etc.) that is evident in photo are NOT valid reasons for returning.

Shipments are made within 1 business day of receipt of payment.
We combine shipping/handling fees on multiple items purchased within a 14-day period. No exceptions to the 14-day time period. Please contact us via email within 4 days if you plan to delay payment on multiple purchases. We will email you with the total shipping and handling fees on multiple items and adjust the payment charge accordingly.
Shipping includes the actual cost of postage and insurance or registration if applicable to the buyer plus a $1.00 handling fee for materials and labor. For US buyers insurance is automatically included on any shipment that totals $30.00 or more. Please contact us if the item is less than $30.00 and you wish to have it sent insured. Normally shipping fees are NOT refundable. However, if an item is NOT as described or if undescribed defects are NOT visible from images posted then a return is allowed. In these cases shipping will be refunded.
We ship by U.S. Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail to U.S. addresses. Shipments to countries other than the U.S. are by U.S. Postal Service Air Mail.
NOTE ON FOREIGN SHIPMENTS: We ship stamps to anywhere in the world. However, we can not be held responsible for the item once it is delivered from our post office because so many different postal systems throughout the world are not reliable. This also applies for items sent using Registered Mail. While Registered Mail does offer some protection for loss, there is a maximum amount of $45.59 that the buyer is compensated by the USPS no matter what the value is, it is not foolproof. We have found that 99.5% of our registered shipments reach their final destination but there is always the possibility of the bidder not receiving their order. We can only stress that you need to make absolutely sure that the address we have to send your item(s) too is completely correct and full.
*******PLEASE NOTE! Shipments outside the U.S. All shipments over $50 will be sent registered and the fee of $13.65 will be included in the shipping and handling charges. There are NO exceptions to this added shipping charge. If you would like tracking ability and registry insurance for shipments of less than $50, then please let us know before payment and I will add the registry cost (usually $13.65) and resend your invoice for total payment.
Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Shipments may be delayed due to customs.
INSURANCE POLICY FOR U.S. BUYERS:
Shipments over $30.00 are shipped insured. Following insurance fees are included in the shipping and handling: $2.10 for item(s) between $20 and $50, $2.60 between $50 and $100, $3.30 between $100 and $200, $5.50 between $200 and $300 and then an extra $1.25 for each $100 or fraction of $100 above $300.
