Description:

Hello, and welcome to the auction for a pair of Ray Ban Chromax Sunglasses, These are 58mm / 14 and are the medium/large size, the 62mms are the larger size. Now for accuracy about these sunglasses for the condition is in picture #8 there is a little gold missing on the side of the arms like a little piece compared to the whole picture, it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb, also there is which seems to look like some metal tarnishing on the right and left of the nose and on the right and left side underneath the bridge connection in picture #1 Also on the left part of the lens on the bridge connection on top on picture #10, But from what i hear can be cleaned off with metal tarnish cleaner, but don't quote me as i haven't ever used it before. The nose pieces are clean but could be more cleaner like taken off and cleaned off as someone who used it that i bought it from had some old coffee it looked like on it and i tried to clean it the best i could which some came off but i don't know how to take off the nose pieces professionally so i didn't completely clean it. Some looks like missing gold which you cannot see while wearing or close only if you tip it and look on top of the nose, ( looks like to me that its missing ). Last but not least 1 hairline and 1 kinda hair line, but its not a bad hair line it doesn't effect the vision at all at least to me and its really small and the other kinda hairline is hard to see when trying to find it, the lens looks nice and clear but its for the sake of being accurate and honest. Now for the good, yes nice and clear vision, if i had to rate it would be a 9.4 ( I'm picky ) Gold looks nice and clean and not new shiny but shiny, the gold Chromax sign with the Ray Ban and lighting bolt looks nice and gold as in the picture.

It has the Ray Ban Logo and lighting bolt Chromax logo, has BL etch on the right and left lens which is hard to get a picture of, has bl on each nose piece, ( so to me obviously was not replaced ). on the ear piece says W1661 XXAW. The Arms look nice and straight, not perfect as they are not brand new. By looking at the bl markings, looks to me its from the end of the 1980's and right to the end atleast i know till they sold the company to the Italian company. These are the 24k gold Artista.
